Problem Solving in Groups (2 hours)
Was the camel a horse designed by a committee? Problems solved by groups tend to be watered down, compromised and/or political and can easily end up as bad decisions. This Problem Solving Training Acorn will equip you to manage the group dynamics and behaviour to achieve an effective solution.
In two and a quarter hours you will learn how to:

- Create a productive problem solving environment

- Empower individuals within the group

- Research over the last 50 years has taught us much about group psychology. Using the work of Asch, Milgram and Janis, you will firstly observe negative and manipulative behaviour within a group situation and then experience positive and productive behaviour whilst solving a number of problems within a small group.
